Abstrakt

Niniejszy artykuł dotyczy prawa do ochrony uczuć religijnych jako wartości usprawiedliwiającej ograniczenie wolności słowa. Prawo do ochrony uczuć religijnych może być chronione za pomocą trzech metod: cywilnej, karnej i administracyjnej. Zagadnienie jest omawiane z punktu widzenia Konstytucji RP oraz Europejskiej Konwencji Praw Człowieka, ze szczegółowym uwzględnieniem orzecznictwa Trybunału Konstytucyjnego oraz Europejskiego Trybunału Praw Człowieka w Strasburgu.
